Right-of-Way Improvements

Right-of-way construction is actively underway at the corner of North Freeman Street and Sportfisher. We have been working closely with the City to minimize traffic disruption and complete this work as efficiently as possible. Recent rains have delayed portions of the road work, but as soon as the area dries out, crews will resume and move quickly toward completion.

The scope of work includes removing the existing gutter, installing a modern cross gutter, updating ADA-compliant corner access, and installing new street curbs and sidewalks. These improvements are designed to enhance drainage, pedestrian safety, and the overall streetscape.
