MARK LEE CHRISTOPHER
Mark Lee Christopher, educated at the University of Michigan and a licensed architect for over thirty years, started his practice in La Jolla, California in 1987. Since then, the firm has excelled in creating extraordinary buildings of consistent design quality and diverse styles. Christopher’s experience, creativity, passion and ability to discern exactly what a client is looking for is what has earned him numerous awards and most importantly, the loyalty and respect of his clients. Christopher values the integrity and lasting quality of good design and is committed to creating environments that are both beautiful and a joy to experience. Mr. Christopher also serves as adjunct professor of environmental sciences at NewSchool of Architecture and Design in San Diego and is LEED certified.

Sarah received her B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and her M.B.A. from California State University San Marcos. She has worked as a licensed civil engineer in California since 2006 and also holds civil engineering licenses in Texas, Arizona, and Washington. She is a specialist in evaluating project design options, permit needs, schedules, and costs as needed for project due diligence. Sarah is an excellent communicator and prides herself on her ability to navigate the plan approval process while collaborating with the client and design team. Outside of work, she is a married mother of two daughters who enjoy outdoor activities and sports.
ARI IOANNIDES
Ari Ioannides has more than 40 years of experience in using technology to solve problems and make life easier for people. He has helped organizations like BellSouth, Ernst & Young, and Turner Broadcasting deploy and operate fast and easy-to-use computing solutions in manufacturing, media management, and accounting. Most notably, Ari led the team that developed BoardDocs a groundbreaking board governance solution used by over 3500 public governing bodies. His community involvement includes leading the Park City Institute and founding board member of BootUP PD. Ari currently the principal of AllyKat Development, LLC where he is committed to creating elevated residential experiences in select resort communities.
RACHEL CRAWFORD – TIGER VEIL LLC
Rachel Crawford of Tiger Veil LLC led the interior design for Freeman Street Homes. Her approach blends modern coastal style with functional comfort, using natural materials, warm tones, and refined textures to create timeless spaces. Rachel’s attention to detail and balanced design vision are evident throughout every residence.
