Power Up

A major milestone toward receiving our final Certificate of Occupancy is energizing the building. Working with the city and our project manager at SDG&E we were finally able to get the meters installed, the transformer set, and the building energized.

The next step is to test all of the systems, including climate control, ventilation, fire alarms, controlled entry, data, security, and lighting. It is good to finally see the building lighting up the corner of North Freeman and Sportfisher, just waiting for people to move in.
