Security System Installation

As we move closer to completion, site security has become a top priority. We have now installed a full Ubiquiti security system throughout Freeman Street Homes, featuring eave-mounted exterior cameras and interior cameras covering common spaces.

This US-made system is one of the strongest in the industry. All devices are hard-wired for reliability, and the system supports both local and cloud-based storage for added redundancy and long-term security. The cameras provide high-resolution coverage of the building perimeter, walkways, and shared interior areas, giving residents and owners peace of mind from day one.

Each residential unit also includes a Ring Pro Wired Doorbell. These devices provide video monitoring, motion alerts, and app-based access, giving each owner control and visibility over their entryway.

With security infrastructure now in place, we continue moving toward final inspections and occupancy.
