Rooftop Patio Fireplaces Installed

The rooftop patios in our four larger residential units have reached an exciting milestone — installation of the modern fireplaces. Each rooftop space is private, with walls on three sides for privacy and a glass railing on the west side to showcase panoramic Pacific Ocean views.

These fireplaces will provide a warm, inviting focal point for the spacious patios, allowing residents to enjoy the outdoors year-round. Whether it’s a crisp evening or a sunset gathering, the combination of firelight and ocean vistas will make these rooftop spaces truly special.
