Broken Ground

The groundwork is literally underway for the construction of 513 N Freeman. The footings have been dug, the underground utilities laid and we are waiting for the foundation to be poured.

This work involved the work of our plumbing, foundation, and electrical subcontractors managed by the general contractor Rukle Construction. In the coming weeks the foundation will be in place and the concrete walls for the first floor will go up.
